Matthew ‘Ollie’ Ollerton

Following a distinguished career in the Royal Marines, the SAS and the SBS, Matthew ‘Ollie’ Ollerton spent 5 years in Iraq contracting as Country Manager in support of major infrastructure rebuilds including the first mobile telecom network on behalf of Orascom Telecom and re connection of Iraq’s power supply for Schneider Electric.

Leaving the Middle East in 2008 Ollie travelled across South East Asia working as a security consultant for a private client before working for a non-profit organization preventing child prostitution and slavery.

In May 2015 Ollie took an opportunity to film a 5 episode program for Channel 4. The program is based on Special Forces Selection and sees 30 civilians go through an eight day selection process taken from elements of the real Special Forces Selection. SAS: Who Dares Wins featured on prime time Channel 4 in October 2015.

A second series followed the next year in 2016 with a similar concept however this time in the Amazon rain forest. The third series aired early 2018. The series is extremely popular, has been nominated for multiple awards and is shown globally through other networks.

Ollie’s day to day outside of his TV work is as CEO & Founder of BREAK-POINT. BREAK-POINT work in the human performance field for the corporate and public sectors.

BREAK-POINT analyse corporate business structures and processes in order to offer a fail-safe approach to operational success. Merging military Special Forces techniques, coaching and mentoring your team to work as a synchronised unit not only streamlining individual performance but also focusing on team collaboration and transferable skills to use daily and achieve your ultimate goals.
